In general capital giving supports structural change to the physical plant of an institution. In 2007 Echo Horizon School completed a campus expansion and renovation, creating additional space for our new library, technology center, performing arts studio, science room and more, funded by a targeted capital campaign and construction loan. Our current focus is (1) retirement of the remaining debt and (2) planning for the future. Every family is expected to contribute. Because capital gifts are larger, pledges may be paid over several years and are fully tax deductible.
