Step 1: Schedule a Visit
Our fall Open Houses include an opportunity to tour the School, interact with our faculty and administrators, and meet current Echo Horizon parents and students. Attendance is by reservation only. Please click here to make a reservation.
Step 2: Application
Interested in applying? We would love to hear from you! Please contact Abeni Bias, Director of Admission, with any questions you may have. The application fee is $150 and is payable by credit card online.
Step 3: Financial Aid
To apply for financial aid, please download and complete the supplemental forms in addition to the FAST online questions. Click the FAST button below to get started.
Step 4: Forms
All Evaluation forms and Record Release Request forms are available online. The deadline to submit all forms for the 2020-2021 school year is January 17, 2020.
Pre-K and Kindergarten: Please give the Preschool Evaluation form to your child's preschool teacher. Your child's preschool teacher must send the completed form directly to Echo Horizon School. Click here for this form.
Grades 1-6: Please give the Teacher Evaluation form to your child's current elementary school teacher. Your child's elementary school teacher must send the completed form directly to Echo Horizon School. Click here for this form.
Records Release Request: Please provide the completed Records Release Request form to the office of your child's current school. Your child's school will send transcripts and report cards directly to Echo Horizon School. Click here for this form.
Step 5: Interview
Once your child's application is received, a member of our Admission Committee will contact you to schedule a parent interview with our Admission Director, Abeni Bias.
Step 6: Assessment and Visit
Pre-K/Kindergarten: You and your child will be invited to attend a group assessment/playdate with other applicants.
Grades 1-6: After your parent interview, The Admission Office will contact you to schedule an appointment for your child to spend time in a classroom in their current grade. An assessment will also be completed during their visit.
Step 7: Notification
Admission decisions are based on a child's potential to succeed at Echo Horizon School. Additionally, we consider the School's desire to achieve diversity and the parents' support and commitment to our School's philosophy. Preference is given to siblings. Notification letters will be mailed on March 13, 2020.
