Admissions Process

At Echo Horizon we understand that choosing a school that is the right fit for your family is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Our Admissions Team is here to support and guide you through the process of learning about and applying to Echo Horizon School. The following steps detail our admissions process. Applications open online in August of the year prior to desired enrollment. Please click here to access and start an online application. Pre-K applicants must be 4 years old and Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 1 of their enrollment year.

Step 1: Learn and Tour
- Please fill out our inquiry form. You will receive an email with your login for our Admissions Portal and other materials.
- Book a tour to meet Head of School Peggy Procter and other members of our admissions and leadership teams.
- Register for our fun and informative admissions events such as Open House, Prospective Parent/ Guardian Night, and Portrait of a Graduate.
Step 2: Application and Forms
- Once you have submitted an inquiry form and received your Admissions Portal login, click here to login to the portal and access your application.
- The Application Deadline is Friday, December 13, 2024.
- Login to the Admissions Portal to provide all required forms to your current school.
Step 3: Interview
- Once your child's application is submitted, you will receive an email notification.
- The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule your parent/guardian interview with a member of the leadership team.
Step 4: Assessment and Student Visit
- The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a student assessment.
- The Saturday Assessments will take place on the following days.
  - Saturday, January 11, 2025
  - Saturday, January 25, 2025
Step 5: Receive Notification of Admissions Decision
- Your admissions journey is coming to an end.
- Applicant families will receive an email notification of our decision on Friday, March 7, 2025.
