Grandparents & Special Friends Day
Friday, November 22nd, 8:30AM-11:30AM.
Grandparents & Special Friends Day is a beloved annual tradition at Echo Horizon School. We invite our grandparents and grown-up special friends to spend a shortened school day with our students in a celebration of tradition and community. There will be a noon dismissal for all children before the Thanksgiving Holiday Break.

Below is an outline of the schedule of events for the day.SCHEDULE for the DAY8:30am: Registration Opens & light breakfast is served.9:15AM - 9:30AM: Welcome from Peggy Procter, Head of School9:40AM - 10:25AM: First Classroom Visit10:25AM - 10:45AM: Siblings and guests return to the auditorium. All other students are welcome to give their guests a tour or visit a specialist classroom.10:45AM - 11:30AM: Second Classroom Visit11:30AM: Program ends
The annual Book Fair will be open in the Library so please stop by. Don't forget to have your students fill out and send in their wishlist ahead of time!
Don't forget to check out the fun photo booth and spirit wear table during your visit!
This event is not for Echo Horizon parents, only Grandparents & Special Friends. However, if parents would like to volunteer for the event, please click here!
Please note that valet parking will be available throughout the event. See the map below for entering the valet line through the teachers’ parking lot NOT the park parking lot.
Grandparents or special friends who are dropping off their students then valet parking for the event can use the valet line in the teachers’ parking lot and do not have to use the morning carpool lane.
