David Stone is a commercial real estate attorney and partner at the law firm of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. David’s law practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, development, financing, and leasing. He represents investment companies, private equity funds, developers, life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, real estate investment trusts and other entities in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate matters throughout the country.  David regularly speaks on expert panels for Bisnow, BOMA and RealShare, among others. In addition, he has guest lectured at USC's Graduate School of Real Estate Development. 

David was born and raised in Los Angeles and received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2004. He and his wife Jennifer live in Mar Vista with their daughters Kayla (Echo Horizon Class of 2022) and Isabelle (Echo Horizon Class of 2025).
