Spring Affaire FAQ's
-
“I would like to sponsor the event; how do I do that?”
Thank you so much for your generosity! Click here to see our Sponsorship Levels and benefits.
-
“I can’t make it, but I would love to make a donation. What should I do?”
We’re sorry to miss you and are so grateful for your generosity! Please click here to make your donation.
-
“What Covid precautions will be in place?”
The health and safety of our community are our top priority. We appreciate your cooperation with our current COVID protocols and your patience and understanding that those protocols are subject to change. The event will take place outdoors, and guests will be seated at tables with ample spacing. When you purchase your tickets, you have the opportunity to list guests with whom you would like to be seated. We ask that our guests be vaccinated, and we will have more information about pre-event testing soon.
-
“I haven’t been to a party in two years, and I have no idea what to wear.”
We hear you. We suggest elegant outdoor attire but remind you that this is an outdoor event, so please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
-
“Honestly, parking seems like a nightmare…”
Have no fear! We will have a valet service. But we are in a small, quiet neighborhood, and we strongly encourage you to carpool or use a ride-sharing service.
-
“Can I bring extended family and friends?”
We’d love to meet them! Please feel free to share the information, though we ask that all attendees be 21 and over.
-
“What kinds of things will be up for auction?”
Everything under the sun! Sports tickets, travel, classes, summer camps, personal services, collector's items, and more. Additionally, each grade is creating an auction basket, and we’re so excited to bring back our Student Art Auction, featuring a piece of art made by each class.
-
“I might have something to submit for the auction. Whom should I call?”
That’s thrilling, and we thank you so much for your commitment to our community! Please reach out to Lisa Sorrentino, or fill out this form.
-
“And what about the raffles?”
As you may know, our raffles are a high-stakes business and great experience-based fun for our students. Would your child like to be Head of School for the Day? Librarian for the Day? Sports and Wellness Teacher for the Day? How about a private Tea Party with Ms. Proctor? Enter on your kiddo’s behalf, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

You said "Fund-a–Need". What does that mean?
You may know it as a “paddle raise.” It’s like a silent auction, but there are no losers; by donating, everyone wins! It’s the heart of our Spring Affaire event – each year, our community shows up to support our school. This year, the Fund-a-need proceeds will go towards keeping the Echo Center flourishing for another 50 years!
