Hannah Horton joined Echo Horizon School in 2020. Ms. Horton has long been committed to education and advocacy on behalf of those with special needs. She earned her Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teaching Credential as well as her Master of Science in Deaf Studies with a focus on Speech perception in the age of COVID19 from California Lutheran University. Ms. Horton also earned a bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University. She previously worked at Toddler Learning Center as a lead preschool teacher, and several other preschools during college and graduate school.
Ms. Horton and her husband have two cats and are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. She loves all animals, Harry Potter, and anything Disney. She is an avid knitter. Fun fact: she has been to more countries than states, including Australia, Israel, Greece, Italy, France, and the Dominican Republic. Ms. Horton also has a family connection to Echo Horizon as her cousin graduated from Echo Horizon in 2005 and went on to become a lawyer!
